Definitions
“Exhibitor” – An Exhibitor is a person who has completed this application, paid all applicable fees to enter into the Muckleshoot Casino Car Show (the “Car Show”), and has been accepted by the Producers.
“Producers” – The Producers of the Car Show are the Muckleshoot Casino and Fast Trak Promotions Inc, its employees, agents, and contractors.
Authority
The Producers shall have the final authority to determine the location of an Exhibitor’s display and the Exhibitor’s compliance with the rules, regulations, and policies contained herein.
Restrictions
Once the Exhibitor’s display and/or vehicle are set up in the Car Show, they shall not be removed or concealed by the Exhibitor prior to the end of the Car Show without prior consent of the Producers. Cars may come and go on 2-day events.
Liability
The Exhibitor, by execution of this form, releases and discharges the Producers and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Car Show, from any and all liability for known and unknown damages, injuries, judgments, and/or claims from any cause whatsoever to their person or property.
To ensure a successful Car Show, each Exhibitor expressly agrees to indemnify the Producers and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Car Show, from any and all claims and liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct or claims of Exhibitor, his/her spouse and/or guest.
The Exhibitor, his/her spouse, and guest(s) agree to observe all safety and traffic regulations, safety rules, and fire ordinances, and maintain conduct befitting a representative of the sport of car shows.
Commercial Advertising
No commercial advertising is allowed without advance written permission from Fast Trak Promotions Inc.
A single sign may be used to identify paint or interior, etc., who and what equipment was used.
Large ad signs, handbills, “For Sale” signs, or business card distribution are prohibited.
Small “For Sale” signs are OK.
The Exhibitor, for themselves, spouse, and guests agree to permit the Producers or their assigns the use of their name(s) and pictures of the entered vehicle for publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes (including newspapers, magazines, radio, and television) before, during, and after the Car Show, and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the Car Show and give permission to publish, sell, or otherwise dispose of said photographs.
Additionally, the Producers may communicate to each Exhibitor via email and phone messages.
General Rules of Conduct and Prohibitions
This is a family and fun-oriented Car Show.
Dangerous, destructive behavior will not be tolerated and anyone partaking in those activities will face expulsion from the Car Show and/or release to the custody of local authorities.
No alcohol or drug-related materials may be displayed in any display and/or vehicle at any time during the Car Show.
Club banners are allowed to be displayed during the event; however, no club identifications will be allowed during awards.
